I’ve built my career managing global operations across Europe, CIS, Asia, and LatAm, with Berlin as my current base. Over 15 years, I’ve optimized processes, scaled teams, and driven transformation and AI adoption across Banking, FinTech, Embedded Finance, and Banking-as-a-Service.
The journey began with a degree in Crisis Management, followed by an MBA in Banking, and Stanford’s program in AI-Driven Leadership. These experiences shaped how I approach complexity - whether establishing operations from 'Zero' or embedding Zero Operations.
Beyond systems, I invest in people. I mentor future leaders to help them advance their careers and to step confidently into bigger roles.
